Group President, Air Movement & Heat
Leah Larson is Group President of Air Movement & Heat at Madison Air, where she leads a portfolio of industry-leading brands including Big Ass Fans, Reznor, and Roberts Gordon. Her focus is on advancing energy- and cost-efficient airflow and heat control solutions for industrial, commercial, and residential environments.
In her role, Leah is accelerating design and deployment of energy- and cost-efficient airflow solutions and heat control systems designed for industrial, commercial and residential settings. She is also championing one of the most urgent challenges facing frontline workers: heat stress. With over 12 million U.S. workers exposed to high-heat conditions—and 90% of facilities lacking active cooling or air movement systems, she is driving innovation to create safer, more productive workplaces where people and performance can thrive.
A visionary marketing and business leader, Leah first joined Madison Air as Chief Marketing Officer, where she unified dozens of brands under a shared purpose and strategic narrative. Prior to Madison Air, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota – Further and spent 12 years in leadership roles at Ecolab, the $14B global leader in water and hygiene technologies, where she led global growth strategies for the Institutional and Pest Elimination businesses.
Leah earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from St. Norbert’s College. Leah has served on the board of the University of Minnesota’s Carlson Global Institute and for EOS International, and as a member of the advisory board for Antenna Consulting.
