Chief Human Resources Officer
Jeffrey Krautkramer has served as our Chief Human Resources Officer since November 2021. Prior to joining Madison Air, Mr. Krautkramer served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Starkey Hearing Technologies from December 2018 to November 2021 and as Vice President of Human Resources at IDEX Corporation from June 2012 to December 2018, supporting global leaders in talent, segmentation and operations. Mr. Krautkramer received a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Human Resources & Labor Relations from Michigan State University.
